Product Owner

Job Summary

As the Product Owner, you will oversee the development from start to finish to ensure On-Time-Delivery of our software-as-a-service product meet and exceed our customer expectation and sustain its market leading position. Main duties include leading the executions of the vision of products, managing backlog items, prioritize features, EPICs, bugs, and backlog items, update acceptance criteria, track and report velocity, guide teams to deliver according to definition-of-done, and ensure the quality of the software deployed and services offered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the product to be delivered, on-time and high quality
  • Work with Product Manager(s) on product vision, roadmap, market opportunity, competitor tracking and ROI assessments
  • Providing clear communication of visions and directions to the Agile development teams, and stakeholders throughout the process
  • Plan, refine and prioritize product feature backlog
  • Help Scrum teams improve team velocity, predictable delivery and proper prioritization
  • Work with Scrum teams to plan, commit and deliver software features
  • Help remove impediments, and maintain healthy backlog for Scrum teams
  • Work with DevOps to ensure smooth deployment and operation
  • Build and maintain Definition-of-Done and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure product quality meets Acerta standards and excel in comparison to our competitors
  • Co-lead the initiative to improve Agile Scrum practice

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years Experience as a Product Owner within a Scrum team

Sales Operations Lead

Job Summary:

As a Sales Operations Lead at Acerta you will be responsible for providing broad operational day-to-day support to the Acerta sales team, with ownership of our CRM (SalesForce). You will work closely with the sales team, helping them identify gaps and focus on the right deals, guiding and enforcing the sales process in every deal.

The goal of the sales operations Lead is to reinforce and monitor the sales process to ensure it is supporting effective sales execution and business impact. The sales operations Lead will also have a passion for data – to remove the barriers for sales to collect it, continually refine its quality and reliability, and finally help Acerta leverage data to our advantage.

The Sales  operations Lead will effectively support the Account Executives in their ability to sell and drive revenue. The Sales Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth of the organization. Throughout, the sales operations Lead will ensure the use and education of consistent Sales KPI definitions and metrics across company. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
  • You will own accuracy of the forecast and will run pipeline reviews
  • Support the sales team with using SalesForce for lead & opportunity management, process improvement, tracking and analytics
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes 
  • Create weekly forecast updates and monthly content for executive presentations 
  • Support definition of rep and team metrics and setup the processes to monitor these
  • Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment 
  • Assist with on-boarding and training new sales talent (including on Salesforce) 
  • Maintain regular check-ins with Account Executives and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving. 
  • Assist with territory management, as well as account assignment
  • Help design incentive & plans and work closely with finance to ensure accurate commission payments

Key Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations as a Salesforce subject matter expert with proficiency creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically as a SDR or as an account executive with good exposure to building and managing a pipeline, qualifying and progressing opportunities
  • Above experience in B2B or enterprise sales, or experience at the level of deal complexity and velocity similar to Acerta
  • Bachelor’s degree required, technical or business-related field preferred. 
  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure team execution and business impact. 
  • Advanced SalesForce skills (dashboarding, reporting, administration, basic configuration)

Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Engineer at Acerta, you are a key member of the software engineering team.  You will be responsible for the software design, implementation, and deployment of the components that you will be leading.   You will also be responsible for adherence to, and evaluation of the quality, consistency, and robustness of code that both you and your peers develop. You are passionate about developing and deploying reliable software-as-a-service solutions that are resilient, self-healing and scalable. 

You are responsible for the integration of the subcomponents, both backend and frontend, that you participate in the development of. This includes the design, development, and evaluation of interfaces between these components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement software components including JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js, in Microservices architecture, deployed in Kubernetes 
  • Build UI solutions that meet and exceed our customers’ needs and well isolated from backend function realization 
  • Build back-end function and API that supports user facing features 
  • Maintain and support customer usage of the software deployed, including enhancements, upgrades, bug-fixes, and other customer-support requests cost-effectively and responsively. 
  • Own the reliability of the application and services by partnering with operations and infrastructure to build, scale and monitor services and applications. 
  • Analyze and optimize User Interface and Backend Application code for efficiency, to support cost optimization

Key Competencies

  • 3+ years of experiences in successful deployment of production code at scale in cloud environment 
  • 5+ years of professional experience building high-performance, reliable systems in a complex, multi-tiered and distributed environment. 
  • Proven track record of writing maintainable code and decent implementations of design patterns. 
  • Experience in develop and implement test cases (Unit test, integration test, and User Acceptance test) that ensure code meets acceptance criteria 
  • Experience and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Expertise in developing using RESTful API, GraphQL, Webhooks, and Event driven micro services architecture   
  • Sense of ownership and self-starter who enjoys both software design and excels in implementation of the design. 
  • Expertise with learning and adopting new technologies and familiarity with our tech stack: React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Kafka, MongoDB, Spark, Kubernetes

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experiences providing solid knowledge of CS fundamentals (OOP, design patterns, algorithms, etc…) 
  • Experiences in development Machine Learning solutions that are deployed with Cloud Native Cloud First approach 
  • Desire to work on the next generation of Artificial Intelligence applications 
  • Experiences in successful deployment of B2B cloud-based solutions
