Contest Rules
- Eligibility: The contest is open to all users of the LinePulse platform, aged 18 or older. Employees of Acerta Analytics Solutions Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate.
- Contest Period: The contest begins on October 1, 2024 and ends on October 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
- How to Enter: Participants must submit a description of how the LinePulse platform has helped them via the form on this page. Multiple entries per person are allowed and encouraged.
- Winner Selection & Notification: Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw. The winner will be contacted via email by November 15, 2024. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, another winner may be selected.
- Prize: The winner will receive their choice of one (1) of the following four prize packs:

The prize is non-transferable.
- Use of Submissions: By entering the contest, participants agree that Acerta Analytics Solutions Inc. may use their anonymized submission content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- Privacy: Any personal information supplied by participants will be subject to Acerta Analytics Solutions Inc.’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as necessary for the administration of the contest or as required by law.
- General Conditions: Acerta Analytics Solutions Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Acerta Analytics Solutions Inc.’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest. Acerta Analytics Solutions Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms.
- Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Disclaimer: By entering the contest, participants agree to release and hold Acerta Analytics Solutions Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or receipt of the prize.
