Release Date: January 31, 2022

LinePulse 3.0 takes available IoT data from production lines and uses machine learning and artificial intelligence (ML/AI) to keep a constant pulse on the overall health of the manufacturing line. It provides actionable insights into complex product data to maximize the value of your investments in digitizing your production.

This next-generation LinePulse 3.0 focuses on the user experience with “human-friendly” ML/AI. We’ve flattened the learning curve for staff on the production line by lowering the effort of adoption and configuration. We’ve also made it easy to digest the powerful, intuitive, and flexible visualizations and enable behind-the-scenes AI monitoring in LinePulse.

  • Simple line digital twin modeling and line configuration: Connect LinePulse to your network and it will ingest manufacturing data from any sources that support CSV data-exchange formats. Use our Intake/Schema Mapping to configure a line, linking data sources and signals in the drag-and-drop view. LinePulse ingests data within seconds.
  • Data-rich overviews: In the Plant Overview, see a list of parts that ran in the past hours and active alerts on any line that’s running LinePulse. From there, navigate to the Line Overview which shows a list of alerts and a build history chart for a particular line.
  • Powerful insights: See product anomalies and their root causes. Then, view connected results from Capability Metrics and Anomaly Detection in one place. In the Insights view, you can overlay multiple signals and navigate to other views to explore specific data of interest.
  • Real-time alerts: Benefit from the solution’s unattended AI which runs in the background and notifies you of issues on your line – like signal drift – in real time. You can configure alerts for individuals or groups and notify them through email or Microsoft Teams.

Additionally, LinePulse 3.0 now runs on mobile so you can view line health from a tablet on the manufacturing floor, or elsewhere. It also supports dark mode, providing further viewing options.
